  • through data voluntarily entered into forms, which are entered into the Operator’s systems,
  • by storing cookie files (so-called “cookies”) on end devices.

2. Selected Data Protection Methods Applied by the Operator

  • Login areas and places where personal data are entered are protected at the transmission layer (SSL certificate). As a result, personal data and login credentials entered on the website are encrypted on the user’s computer and can only be read on the destination server.
  • User passwords are stored in hashed form. The hashing function is one-way — it is not possible to reverse its operation, which constitutes the current standard for storing user passwords.
  • The Operator periodically changes its administrative passwords.
  • An important element of data protection is the regular updating of all software used by the Operator to process personal data, which in particular means regular updates of software components.

  • authorised employees and associates who use the data for the purpose of fulfilling the purpose of the website’s operation.

Your personal data are processed by the Controller for no longer than is necessary to perform the related activities specified by separate regulations (e.g. on accounting). With respect to marketing data, the data will not be processed for longer than 3 years.

  • rectification of your data,
  • erasure of your data,
  • restriction of processing,
  • and data portability.

You have the right to object to the processing of personal data carried out for the purpose of pursuing the legitimate interests of the Controller, including profiling; however, the right to object cannot be exercised if there are compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, in particular the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

A complaint against the Controller’s actions may be lodged with the supervisory authority: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office of Poland (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.

Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for the operation of the Website.

Actions involving automated decision-making, including profiling, may be undertaken with respect to you for the purpose of providing services under the concluded contract and for the purpose of direct marketing conducted by the Controller.

5. Information in Forms

The Website collects information provided voluntarily by the user, including personal data, if provided.

The Website may record information about connection parameters (timestamp, IP address).

In some cases, the Website may record information facilitating the linking of data in a form with the e-mail address of the user completing the form. In such a case, the user’s e-mail address appears within the url address of the page containing the form.

Data provided in a form are processed for the purpose resulting from the function of the specific form, e.g. for the purpose of handling a service request, commercial contact, service registration, etc. In each case, the context and description of the form clearly indicate what it is used for.

Information on user behaviour on the website may be subject to logging. These data are used for the purpose of administering the website.

7. Significant Marketing Techniques

The Operator applies statistical analysis of website traffic via Google Analytics (provider: Google Ireland Limited, with its registered office in Ireland). The Operator does not transfer personal data to the provider of this service, only anonymised information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user’s end device. With regard to information on user preferences collected by the Google advertising network, the user may view and edit information derived from cookies using the following tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/

The Operator applies remarketing techniques that allow advertising messages to be matched to the user’s behaviour on the website, which may give the impression that the user’s personal data are being used to track them; however, in practice, no personal data are transferred from the Operator to advertising operators. The technological condition for such activities is enabled cookie support.

The Operator uses the Meta Pixel (formerly the Facebook Pixel). This technology means that the Meta service (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, with its registered office in Ireland) knows that a person registered with it is using the Website. In this case, it relies on data for which it is itself the controller; the Operator does not transfer any additional personal data to the Meta service. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user’s end device.

The Operator uses a solution that studies user behaviour by creating heat maps and recording behaviour on the website. This information is anonymised before being sent to the service provider so that the provider does not know which natural person it concerns. In particular, entered passwords and other personal data are not recorded.

The Operator uses a solution that automates the operation of the Website with respect to users, e.g. capable of sending an e-mail to a user after they visit a specific subpage, provided that they have consented to receiving commercial correspondence from the Operator.
